Meditation & Mantra: Bringing daily calm to your life is a 4 week online program where Katie Durgā of Durga Mindfulness will share with you a simple and highly effective mantra meditation technique with profound benefits for your mind, body, spirit - and life! Turning our focus inwards, even for just 10 minutes each day, helps us to understand and refine our inner world, and we learn to connect to ourself in a different way. Those who have a regular meditation practice are more adaptable and resilient to the demands of life - able to flow with the ups and downs that arise. Such an important investment in living our best life.
Have you always wanted to cultivate a sustainable and consistent meditation practice? Have you stopped what was a regular practice? This could be the program for you. Katie Durgā has designed this program to be practical and accessible to everyone - from absolute beginners, to experienced meditators who may have dropped a regular practice and those who want to explore a different style of meditation. These practices can be done sitting comfortably on a chair or on the floor on cushions (no lotus poses needed here!) or even while you are walking. Mantra meditation is a beautiful option for those of us who have a busy mind - it’s an ancient technique that any of us can learn.

Commencing on Tuesday 12 October! The exchange for this experience is $90 (Australian dollars) for the 4 week program. Practices are recorded so you can enjoy this anywhere and anytime, and access will be available for one month from commencement of the Meditation & Mantra program.
