About the pilgrimage
This trip will be in the divine town of Rishikesh, India from 1 February to 12 February 2025. We will spend time exploring sacred places in the ancient mountains of the Himalaya. Truly the source of yoga history. It will be winter so expect it to be cold and misty – a mystical time to be there. This is far from a standard India “tourist” trip. My intent of this pilgrimage is that you absorb the ancient wisdom of yoga in daily wisdom talks – and then you actually see it. You go to the sites of the stories, you participate in the rituals, you talk to local people. You make sense of what you hear about. You will have an opportunity to truly deepen your practice. This is a trip I have wanted to offer for a very long time – and the time is finally right.
And for yoga teachers, this will have 35 hours of CPD which will be registered with Yoga Alliance.
