Bringing daily calm to your life: Meditation Basics is a 3 week program where Katie will share with you the basics of incorporating a meditation practice in your life. Turning our focus inwards, even for just 10 minutes each day, helps us to be more adaptable and resilient to the demands of life - able to flow with the ups and downs that arise. Meditation has been proven to support better leadership in many fields and also help with chronic health conditions, Such an important investment in living our best life.
This program is taught over 3 sessions - each one hour long with a daily 10 minute practice suggested in between sessions to try the different meditation methods.
Each of the three sessions will include:
• a wisdom talk on various topics including what is meditation, what are the benefits of this practice, how to establish a new habit in your life, meditation myth-busting and tips to overcome challenges you may encounter.
• We are all different – including in how we meditate. Each week we will learn a different meditation technique that you can then practice each day for 10 minutes.
